Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise\-grade business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrating Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

This role requires a strong understanding of low\-code application development, automation, business process optimization, and Microsoft cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model\-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high\-performance business applications.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure, and third\-party APIs.
• Customize Dataverse tables, business rules, forms, views, and security roles.
• Create reusable components and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize solution performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in application testing, deployment, and production support.
• Document technical designs, development processes, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 7\+ years of software/application development experience.
• Strong hands\-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas \& Model\-Driven Apps).
• Expertise in Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online integration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 integration.
• Experience with Azure services.
• Proficiency in REST APIs and custom connectors.
• Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform security and governance.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Git/Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD.
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform Developer certifications (PL\-400, PL\-600, or equivalent).
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Power Pages development experience.
• Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Microsoft Graph API integration.
• Custom PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) development.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
