• 12\+ years of overall IT experience, with 5\+ years in BI solution architecture and development.

• Proven, hands\-on experience designing and deploying solutions using:

• Power BI (visualization, DAX, Power Query)

• Semantic modeling and data modeling techniques

• PL/SQL and relational databases

• Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines

• Strong understanding of data governance, RBAC, and performance/cost tuning on Azure.

• Experience with CI/CD for BI workloads using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non\-technical audiences.

• Experience working in Agile environments and managing onshore/offshore delivery models.
