• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Power BI Developer** with strong expertise in **Advanced Visualization, Cloud Reporting, Snowflake, and dbt**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in designing enterprise\-grade dashboards, developing scalable reporting solutions, and working with cloud\-based data platforms. Experience in the **Insurance domain (Property \& Casualty preferred)** is mandatory, along with a solid understanding of policy, claims, billing, and customer data models.

• *Mandatory Skills**

• Strong experience in **Power BI** (Dashboard Development, DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Performance Optimization)
• Hands\-on experience with **Snowflake** Data Warehouse
• Strong knowledge of **dbt (Data Build Tool)** for data transformation and modeling
• Experience with **Cloud Reporting** and modern BI architecture
• Excellent SQL skills
• Experience in data visualization best practices and report optimization
• Insurance domain experience (**Property \& Casualty preferred**)
• Strong understanding of:
• Policy Data Models
• Claims Data Models
• Billing Data Models
• Customer Data Models

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build scalable semantic models and optimize report performance.
• Develop and maintain data transformation pipelines using **dbt**.
• Work with **Snowflake** to create efficient data models for reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and convert them into analytical solutions.
• Implement best practices for visualization, governance, security, and performance tuning.
• Analyze insurance datasets to provide business insights and support decision\-making.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting solutions.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to improve reporting architecture.

• *Required Qualifications**

• 6\+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting.
• Strong hands\-on experience with **Power BI, Snowflake, and dbt**.
• Expertise in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience working with cloud\-based data platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in **Property \& Casualty (P\&C) Insurance**.
• Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD for BI deployments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• *Nice to Have**

• Power BI Certification
• Snowflake Certification
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis
• Exposure to data governance and security best practices
