Power BI Developer

• *ABOUT THE ROLE**We are looking for an experienced BI Engineer to design and build Power BI dashboards and reports that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will work with business stakeholders to translate their needs into data models, optimized SQL and intuitive visualizations. Working alongside Data Engineering, you will own projects from discovery through implementation and help shape our BI best practices.
• *RESPONSIBILITIES**Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

Hands\-on experience designing and developing business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions

Design and optimize data models and transformations to support reporting and analytical needs

Develop and optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data processing and reporting performance

Work with modern databases and data warehouse platforms to integrate and prepare data for analytics

Create clear and intuitive visualizations that translate complex data into actionable business insights

The person must be an Individual Contributor and strong communicator preferably with Tax dashboarding experience and dealing with customer stakeholders

Participate in the full project lifecycle, from discovery and solution design to development and implementation

Collaborate with Data Engineering and other technical teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability

Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and BI development best practices

• *MUST HAVE**5\+ years of experience as a DW/BI Engineer, BI Developer, or in a related Business Intelligence role

Strong hands\-on experience with Power BI and at least one additional visualization platform such as Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or Sisense

Experience designing and developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders

Strong SQL skills, including query development and performance optimization

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into data models, transformations, and visualization solutions

Familiarity with analytics databases and data warehouse technologies such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Oracle, or Teradata

Understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and Business Intelligence best practices

Upper\-intermediate or higher level of English

• *NICE TO HAVE**Experience with ELT/ETL orchestration tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Apache Airflow, Informatica, or Talend
