We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate **Power BI \& Advanced Excel Trainer** to deliver engaging, practical, and industry\-focused training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, dashboard development, business intelligence, and advanced Excel functions, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and enhance learners' analytical capabilities.

• *Training Delivery**

• Design and conduct instructor\-led training sessions on **Microsoft Power BI** and **Advanced Microsoft Excel**.
• Deliver training programs for corporate employees, students, and professionals at various skill levels.
• Create interactive learning environments through hands\-on exercises, case studies, assignments, and real\-world projects.
• Assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.

• *Advanced Excel Training**

* Deliver training on

• Advanced Formulas \& Functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX\-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, etc.)
• Pivot Tables \& Pivot Charts
• Data Validation \& Conditional Formatting
• Dashboard Creation
• Power Query \& Power Pivot
• Data Analysis Tools
• Macros \& VBA Basics
• MIS Reporting \& Automation

• *Content Development**

• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, assessments, and learning resources.
• Update course content in line with industry trends and Microsoft product enhancements.
• Create practical assignments and capstone projects for participants.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in Power BI, Excel, Data Analytics, or Corporate Training.
