Bludesign Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results\-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands\-on experience in Meta Ads and PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

\#\# Key Responsibilities

\* Plan, create, and manage \*Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads\* campaigns.

\* Execute and optimize \*Google PPC (Pay\-Per\-Click) Ads\* campaigns.

\* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

\* Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.

\* Track campaign metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.

\* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

\* Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.

\* Coordinate with the design and content teams for high\-performing ad creatives.

\* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates.

\* Strong knowledge of \*Meta Ads Manager\*.

\* Hands\-on experience with \*Google Ads (PPC)\*.

\* Understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
