• *Job Description**

We are looking for a skilled and result\-oriented **PPC Executive** with at least 2 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The candidate must have hands\-on experience with **Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)**.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertising budgets.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking to improve lead generation.
• Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and audience segments.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend campaign improvements.
• Optimize campaigns to improve conversions and achieve business goals.

• *Required Skills**

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
• **Hands\-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.**
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is preferred.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and budget management.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and reporting skills.
