• *Job Description**

We are looking for a skilled and results\-driven **PPC Executive** with 3–8 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with **Google Ads and Meta Ads** and a strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimization.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create, manage, and optimize **Google Ads campaigns**.
• Plan and execute **Meta Ads campaigns** across Facebook and Instagram.
• Conduct **keyword research and competitor analysis**.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns for better **ROI and ROAS**.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of ad spend.
• Set up and monitor **conversion tracking**.
• Analyze campaign performance using **Google Analytics / GA4** and other reporting tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversions and reduce acquisition costs.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC and digital advertising trends.

• *Required Skills**

• 3–8 years of experience in **PPC / Performance Marketing**.
• Strong hands\-on experience with **Google Ads**.
• Experience with **Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)**.
• Good understanding of **Google Analytics / GA4**.
• Knowledge of **conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager (GTM)**.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research and campaign optimization.
• Understanding of **CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, Conversion Rate, ROI and ROAS**.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time\-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
