Job Overview

We are hiring for Digital Marketing Agency.We are seeking an experienced **Digital Marketing Manager / PPC Head** to lead our performance marketing initiatives and drive high\-quality lead generation through paid digital channels. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing large\-scale PPC campaigns, optimizing digital marketing performance, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through data\-driven marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, keywords, audiences, and ad creatives.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other reporting tools.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
• Implement remarketing and conversion optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to create high\-performing campaigns.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 8 years of hands\-on experience in Digital Marketing and PPC Campaign Management.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing substantial monthly ad budgets.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, and performance tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and marketing automation.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
