Fastinfo Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results\-oriented PPC Specialist / Performance Marketing Executive with hands\-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid advertising, campaign optimization, lead generation, and ROI\-driven marketing strategies.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram).
• Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid strategy optimization.
• Scale high\-performing campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Implement audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve ad creatives and campaign effectiveness.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Minimum 1 year of hands\-on experience in PPC or paid advertising.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance campaigns).
• Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram).
• Understanding of campaign structures, marketing funnels, and audience segmentation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel setup.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a data\-driven approach.
• Focus on lead generation, performance optimization, and ROI improvement.
