TechGropse Pvt. Ltd. is a leading IT solutions and digital transformation company specializing in Mobile App Development, Web Development, AI Solutions, and Digital Marketing. We are looking for a performance\-driven PPC Specialist who can create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate high\-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, Remarketing, and Video campaigns.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to improve conversions and reduce CPA.
  • Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, creatives, and campaign structures.
  • Analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
  • Generate high\-quality B2B and B2C leads through paid marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the SEO, Content, Design, and Development teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), and Meta Pixel.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, Google Ads updates, AI\-powered advertising features, and industry best practices.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands\-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4\).
  • Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram).
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research and bidding strategies.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking.
  • Knowledge of remarketing and audience segmentation.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • Google Ads Certification is preferred.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in an IT Services, SaaS, Digital Marketing Agency, or Technology company.
  • Experience running lead generation campaigns for international markets (USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Europe) will be preferred.
  • Hands\-on experience managing monthly ad budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
