PR & Brand Growth Manager (Digital PR / Media Outreach)

We are looking for a **PR \& Brand Growth Manager** with strong experience in **Digital PR, media outreach, and brand partnerships** to help grow the online authority of our US\-based fashion eCommerce brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Digital PR strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Identify media opportunities and pitch relevant story ideas to journalists.
• Build relationships with editors, bloggers, publishers, and influencers.
• Secure high\-quality media mentions and editorial backlinks.
• Manage outreach through platforms such as HARO, Qwoted, Featured, SourceBottle, and similar media request platforms.
• Coordinate PR campaigns for seasonal fashion trends, product launches, and special events.
• Track outreach performance and maintain media databases.
• Monitor competitor PR activities and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare monthly PR performance reports.

Required Skills \& Experience

• 3–6\+ years of experience in Digital PR, Brand Outreach, or Media Relations.
• Proven experience securing media placements on reputable websites.
• Strong knowledge of HARO/Connectively alternatives, Qwoted, Featured, and SourceBottle.
• Experience with backlink acquisition and white\-hat outreach.
• Excellent written communication and pitching skills.
• Ability to build long\-term relationships with journalists and publishers.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and outreach tracking tools.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
