This role requires the individual to independently create high\-quality, insight\-driven, and brand\-aligned design assets that effectively translate complex business ideas into compelling visual formats.

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building robust server\-side logic, managing databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our digital solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**:* Backend Development: Design and implement scalable applications using Python and JavaScript (Node.js).
• Database Management: Architect and optimize complex queries using SQL; manage database health and data integrity.
• API Integration: Build and maintain RESTful APIs to power our AI\-led research tools and client platforms.
• Technical Delivery: Work within an agile environment to deliver high\-quality code that meets the "customer wow" standard.
