Job Role

We are looking for a Presales Consultant to connect with clients, understand their property requirements, and help identify suitable property options. The role involves regular calling, collecting property and client details, coordinating with the relevant team, and following up with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Call clients to understand their requirements for buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.
• Collect basic information such as property type, location, budget, size, and other requirements.
• Match client requirements with suitable available properties.
• Share matched client and property details with the respective team for further action.
• Maintain and update client details, property information, and follow\-up status in Google Sheets or other assigned records.
• Follow up with clients regularly and provide updates on suitable property options.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and timely follow\-ups.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Any degree.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in presales, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
• Good communication and client\-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel.
• Ability to understand client needs, maintain records, and manage regular follow\-ups.
• Knowledge of Kannada and English will be an advantage.

Salary and Incentives

• Fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
• Additional performance\-based incentives along with the fixed salary.
