We are a fast\-growing software development and consulting company delivering web applications, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, eCommerce solutions, CRM systems, and custom enterprise software for global clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated Pre\-Sales Solutions Consultant who can confidently engage with international prospects, understand business challenges, define solution approaches, and support the sales process through successful project closure.
As a Pre\-Sales Solutions Consultant, you will act as the bridge between clients, sales teams, and technical teams.
- *Your responsibilities will include:**
- Leading discovery and requirement\-gathering sessions with prospects.
- Understanding client business goals, workflows, pain points, and expected outcomes.
- Gathering functional, technical, and commercial requirements.
- Identifying project scope, integrations, user roles, reporting requirements, and scalability considerations.
- Explaining company capabilities, development processes, and delivery methodology.
- Collaborating with technical teams to create realistic project estimates and timelines.
- Supporting proposal creation and solution documentation.
- Handling client questions and objections professionally.
- Participating in project discussions until closure and handover.
Required Qualifications
- 3\+ years of experience in Pre\-Sales, Software Consulting, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or IT Services.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Experience interacting with international clients (US, UK, Australia, Europe, Canada preferred).
- Strong understanding of custom software development projects.
- Ability to lead discovery conversations independently.
- Strong documentation and requirement analysis skills.
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements simultaneously.
