Job Description: Unit Manager / Preschool Centre Head

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations and maintain quality standards of the preschool centre.
• Recruit, develop, motivate, and lead a competent teaching and support team.
• Oversee curriculum implementation in alignment with the organization's educational framework and local regulations.
• Build strong relationships with parents and address their queries regarding their children's growth and development.
• Drive student admissions and enhance the reputation of the preschool as a quality early childhood education centre.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and achieve the centre's financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Contribute to the organization's growth and expansion in India.
• Collaborate with international teams and educational professionals to promote best practices in early childhood education.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Preschool Centre Head.
• Strong leadership, team management, and employee development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and time\-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
