\***Key Responsibilities**\*
\* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
\* Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, online inquiries, and other lead generation activities.
\* Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
\* Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
\* Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until closure.
\* Understand customer requirements and provide initial information regarding products and services.
\* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
\* Prepare and share quotations, presentations, and proposals when required.
\* Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
\* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and business targets.
\* Graduate in any discipline.
\* 1–3 years of experience in Pre\-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Lead Generation.
\* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\* Good command of English, Hindi, and regional language(s) preferred.
\* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
\* Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
\* Positive attitude, self\-motivated, and target\-oriented.
\* Pleasant personality with strong communication skills.
\* Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
\* Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow\-ups.
\* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
