Presales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused Presales Engineer / Inside Sales Executive to understand customer requirements, identify business opportunities, generate leads, and recommend suitable solutions. Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collect, analyse, and document customer requirements.
• Conduct cold calls, outbound sales, and lead\-generation activities.
• Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and market studies.
• Qualify leads and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and solution summaries.
• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow\-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of customer requirements and solution mapping.
• Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and customer interactions.
• Negotiation, persuasion, and relationship\-building skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

• MBA graduates, preferably in Marketing, can apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in presales, inside sales, customer service, or customer care are preferred.
• Freshers with the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn are welcome.
