Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer\-focused Pre\-Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify sales leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, offers, and payment plans.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales Team.
- Conduct regular follow\-ups with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports.
- Achieve daily calling targets and weekly/monthly lead generation goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist the Sales Team in closing business opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 Years in Pre\-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Real Estate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
