Job Description

*Job Summary**

We are looking for enthusiastic and target\-driven Presales / Call Center Executives with experience in telecalling, customer interaction, lead generation, and follow\-ups. Candidates from Real Estate, Insurance, Healthcare, Spa \& Salon, or similar customer\-facing industries are preferred.

*Key Responsibilities**

Handle inbound and outbound calls
Follow up with leads and qualify prospects
Explain products/services and generate customer interest
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain lead records in CRM/software
Ensure timely customer responses and follow\-ups
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

1–2 years of experience in Presales, Telecalling, Call Center, or Inside Sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good customer handling and follow\-up abilities
Basic CRM and computer knowledge
Target\-oriented and self\-motivated
