Job Description : **Role Summary**

• *The Pre\-Sales Executive is responsible for managing inbound leads, engaging prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into site visits. The role requires prompt lead response, effective follow\-up, CRM management, and strong customer engagement to support sales conversions.**

Key Responsibilities

• *Lead Management**

• Contact new leads promptly and provide project details including location, amenities, specifications, pricing, and offers.
• Share brochures, price sheets, and project information through digital channels.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and purchase timelines.

• *Customer Engagement \& Site Visit Conversion**

• Build rapport with prospects and address queries effectively.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled site visits through consistent follow\-up.
• Coordinate and track site visits through CRM.
• Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the pre\-sales journey.

• *CRM \& Documentation**

• Update customer profiles, interactions, and follow\-up status in Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and customer feedback.
• Submit daily activity reports and ensure data accuracy.

• *Performance Management**

• Achieve daily calling and lead engagement targets.
• Adhere to sales processes, SOPs, and reporting standards.
• Stay updated on project inventory, pricing, offers, and market developments.

• *Qualification \& Experience**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Pre\-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Real Estate Sales.
• Experience in real estate residential projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
