As we expand, we are looking for a sharp, articulate, and driven Pre\-Sales Executive to join our team and become the first, crucial point of contact for our future customers.
As a Pre\-Sales Executive, you will be the voice of Subishi Engineers. Your primary mission is to turn curiosity into commitment. You will handle all incoming inquiries from our main sales line, presenting our projects/services convincingly. Additionally, you will proactively reach out to fresh leads generated through our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) marketing campaigns.
If you love talking to people, have a knack for persuasion, and thrive on closing the gap between a lead and a sale, this role is for you.
- **Inbound Lead Management:** Promptly answer calls received on the main company sales number. Act as a knowledgeable consultant, understand client requirements, and effectively pitch Subishi's offerings.
- **Outbound Campaigning:** Outbound calling (warm/cold calling) on leads generated via Meta advertisements.
- **Lead Conversion \& Nurturing:** Guide potential customers through the initial sales funnel, answer objections, and effectively convert inquiries into site visits, meetings, or direct sales.
- **Coordination: Seamlessly hand over highly qualified leads to the core sales/closing team when necessary.**
- *Required Skills and Qualification Education:** Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred).
- **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in Pre\-Sales, Inside Sales, or Tele\-sales (Experience in Real Estate or Engineering sectors is a huge plus).
- **Communication:** Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to speak confidently and convincingly in English, Telugu, Hindi.
- **Attitude:** Highly resilient, self\-motivated, and capable of handling rejection during cold calls with a positive attitude.
- **Tech\-Savvy:** Basic comfort using CRM software, MS Office (Excel), and Google Sheets.
