Presales Executive

• *Presales Executive – Real Estate \& Construction**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Support sales and business development during the presales stage
• Explain drawings, and project specifications
• Prepare technical and residentials proposals and presentations
• Coordinate for site visits with sales team.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and pricing
• Handle client queries and assist in bid clarifications
• Support negotiations and project handover after award

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–6 years of presales experience in real estate or construction
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
• Ability to handle pressure.
• Good MS Office knowledge.
• Any Industry / Pre sales Experience in Real estate is an added advantage.
• Target Oriented Experience Required: 1 \- 3 years
• Minimum Qualification Required: Graduation / Bachelor s Degree
• Calling Experience and follow\-ups.

• *Preferred:**

• Experience with residential or commercial real estate projects
• Knowledge of construction contracts and local regulations
