Job Description

Zorba Estates is looking for a Presales Executive who can connect with potential clients, understand their property requirements and generate quality leads through calling. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with clients, collecting basic information, identifying suitable property requirements and coordinating with the respective internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new leads.
• Speak with clients to understand their requirements for residential or commercial properties.
• Collect basic details such as preferred location, budget, property type and purpose (rent or sale).
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable property options from the available listings.
• Forward qualified and matching requirements to the respective sales or commercial team.
• Follow up regularly with clients and maintain good communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and timely updates.
• Maintain daily call records, client details and follow\-up status.
• Work towards generating quality leads and improving conversion opportunities through effective calling.

Requirements

• Any graduate can apply.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, presales, customer support or lead generation.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of customer handling and follow\-ups.
• Ability to understand client requirements and identify potential leads.
• Kannada and English communication skills are preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Salary \& Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
• Final salary will be decided based on interview performance, knowledge and relevant skills.
