We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Presales Team Lead** to oversee and manage our presales operations in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the **Mumbai real estate market**, a proven track record in **lead management and team supervision**, and a strategic approach to converting leads into qualified prospects for the sales team.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**

· Lead, train, and manage a team of Presales Executives/Telecallers.

· Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

· Ensure timely follow\-up and high responsiveness to leads generated from various sources.

· Supervise and optimize lead distribution and allocation.

· Track and analyze lead status, response time, and conversion ratios.

· Ensure accurate data entry and lead tracking in the CRM system.

· Ensure the team effectively communicates with potential clients to understand their requirements.

· Guide the team in qualifying leads before forwarding to the sales team.

· Maintain high standards of customer service and pre\-sales etiquette.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and team productivity.

· Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align presales strategies.

· Provide insights and feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and market trends.

· Stay updated with trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies in the **Mumbai real estate market**.

· Guide the team with updated project knowledge, USPs, and location benefits.

  • *Key Requirements:**

· Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Presales Team Lead in the real estate sector.

· Strong knowledge of the Mumbai \& Thane real estate market.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Hands\-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforcesss, Zoho, etc.

· Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.

· Target\-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.

· Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

· Proven experience in handling high\-volume lead operations.

· Analytical mind set with a strong focus on performance and conversions.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
