Designs, develops, and tests complex software solutions. Investigates, diagnoses, and resolves complex and/or challenging technical issues. Performs system maintenance and updates. Drives the planning and execution of change management strategies. Documents software implementation requirements and specifications. Drives the implementation process changes to increase efficiency.
