### **Key Accountabilities**

What you’ll do

Lead end\-to\-end BI solution development, from data ingestion to visualization ensuring scalability, performance, and governance.

Architect semantic data models, star/snowflake schemas, and optimized DAX for high\-performance analytics.

Implement enterprise BI standards, best practices, data governance, and security models (e.g., Row\-Level Security).

Build advanced dashboards, KPI frameworks, AI\-enabled visualizations, and interactive reports tailored for leadership and operational teams.

Optimize Power BI datasets, refresh pipelines, and feature usage (Bookmarks, Drill through, Goals, Deployment Pipelines).

Drive automation of reporting workflows and create low\-maintenance BI assets.

• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into BI solutions via:

+ - Azure ML models

• Python/R scripts
• Cognitive Services

Custom AI\-powered insights

Develop predictive analytics (forecasting, anomaly detection, segmentation), NLP\-based insights, and decision intelligence workflows.

Partner with data scientists to deploy, monitor, and integrate machine learning models into BI ecosystems.

Collaborate with data engineers to define data pipelines, ETL/ELT flows, and integration with cloud data platforms (Azure SQL, Synapse, Snowflake, etc.).

Ensure high\-quality, reliable, and structured data for analytics consumption.

Act as the strategic BI advisor to senior leadership, translating business needs into analytical products.

Lead technical reviews, mentor BI developers, and enforce engineering excellence.

• Work cross\-functionally with product, analytics, and business teams to align BI initiatives with enterprise objectives.

### **Skills \& Requirements**

• **Expert in Power BI**: DAX, Power Query (M), Composite Models, Incremental Refresh, Power BI Service Administration.
• **Strong AI/ML exposure**:

+ - Forecasting, clustering, NLP, anomaly detection.

Experience integrating ML models into BI workflows.

• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Python for analytics (Pandas, ML libraries) preferred.

Hands\-on with Azure Data components (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks) is a plus.
