GlobalFoundries is seeking an experienced, self\-driven Engineer to support and lead Device Modeling QA and automation initiatives. This role is responsible for driving end\-to\-end model quality strategies across multiple PDKs, establishing and advancing OneGF QA standards, and enabling scalable infrastructure for high\-quality, production\-ready SPICE models across GlobalFoundries technologies.
The candidate will involve in the development and enhancement of automation frameworks and EDA tools supporting SPICE Model QA, including improving existing flows and building new solutions to streamline modeling and QA processes. The role requires strong expertise in Python\-based automation, EDA tools, solid understanding of semiconductor device physics (MOSFETs and related devices), and familiarity with Perl and Shell scripting.
This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting\-edge semiconductor technologies, influence organization\-wide SPICE Model QA methodologies, and make a significant impact in a highly collaborative global R\&D environment. This position is based out of Bengaluru.
