• *Essential Experience and Skills**

• 8\+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including hands\-on development, application support, and technical leadership.
• Strong C\#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Blazor, SQL, and REST API development and debugging skills.
• Practical experience with Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Logic App, Fabric, Key Vault, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Working knowledge of SaaS architecture, multi\-tenancy, data isolation, authentication, authorization, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools, CI/CD, testing, controlled releases, incident management, and production support.
• Strong troubleshooting, root\-cause analysis, performance optimization, mentoring, and client communication skills.
• Experience managing support priorities, SLAs, production incidents, and application maintenance activities.

• *Desirable Skills**

• Blazor Web Assembly or Server, Azure Logic Apps, Data Factory, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Treasury, banking, fintech, or financial SaaS domain experience.
• Experience with VAPT remediation and SOC audit support.

• *The Opportunity**

We are seeking a hands\-on technology professional with strong .NET Core and Azure experience to support enterprise SaaS products, lead engineering delivery, manage application support, and collaborate with technology leadership and product teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Technical Design and SaaS Engineering**

• Translate business requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, and effort estimates.
• Review existing application architecture, APIs, database design, and Azure services.
• Recommend improvements to scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and operating costs.

• *2\. Application Support and Maintenance**

• Provide L2/L3 application support, investigate production issues, and troubleshoot complex application, SQL, API, and Azure service failures.
• Analyse support tickets, identify root causes, implement bug fixes, and coordinate issue resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Monitor application health, review logs and alerts, and proactively identify recurring issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Support application maintenance, configuration changes, integrations, deployments, and production releases.
• Coordinate with clients, product owners, and internal teams to communicate incident status, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain support documentation, troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and knowledge\-sharing materials.

• *3\. Hands\-on Development and Production Ownership**

• Develop enhancements, review code, and optimize application and SQL performance.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, approved production releases, and post\-deployment verification.
• Participate in incident management, root\-cause analysis, and preventive action planning to improve production stability.

• *4\. Engineering Leadership and Security**

• Guide engineers through sprint planning, estimation, technical discussions, design reviews, and delivery activities.
• Mentor team members and improve coding standards, testing, CI/CD, documentation, and secure development practices.
• Support VAPT assessments, SOC audits, security remediation, and application security reviews.
• Communicate technical risks, support issues, delivery progress, and recommendations to clients and technology leadership.

• *Working Expectations**

• Hands\-on involvement in technical design, development, application support, maintenance, and engineering leadership.
• Ownership of production incidents and support activities during the agreed shift.
• Full\-shift alignment with U.S. Pacific Time business hours is mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
