Printer Service Engineer (Diploma / ITI in Electronic Engineering)

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and carry out preventive maintenance of printers, laser printers, multifunction printers (MFPs) and photocopiers at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to printer hardware and MFP devices.
• Configure MFPs on LAN networks and standalone PCs, and provide basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate black \& white and color MFPs to customers whenever required.
• Provide prompt technical support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams and senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely and effective service.
