Aggregate data from multiple internal and client sources into clean, consistent datasets
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations; investigate and resolve breaks with clear root\-cause notes
Build and maintain reports, trackers and dashboards (Excel, Power BI or similar) for internal and client stakeholders
Manage several ongoing tasks and deadlines at once, prioritising and flagging risks early
Raise questions, report issues and escalate exceptions promptly to team leads and client contacts
Document processes and controls; suggest improvements and automation opportunities
Take on new tasks as the engagement grows, and support teammates during peak periods

**Experience:** MBA with 1–2 years of post\-MBA work experience
**Data analytics:** hands\-on experience reconciling data, aggregating data from multiple sources, and building visualisations; strong Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas) is essential
**Time and project management:** able to handle multiple ongoing tasks at once, meet deadlines and keep stakeholders updated
**Communication:** asks questions, flags issues early, and is open about where further training is needed; clear written and spoken English
**Team orientation:** works well in a team, is trainable and open to constructive feedback, and is keen to take on new tasks and learn new things
**Attention to detail:** takes ownership of accuracy and follows through on open items
