We are seeking a detail\-oriented and customer\-focused **Process Associate – Finance \& Insurance** to support customers and underwriting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, scheduling appointments, collecting required information, preparing and submitting applications to insurance underwriters, and ensuring smooth processing of finance and insurance cases. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Punjabi and English and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Contact prospective and existing customers to schedule appointments with advisors or sales representatives.
  • Collect, verify, and organize customer information and required documentation.
  • Complete finance and insurance application forms accurately.
  • Submit applications to insurance underwriters and financial institutions.
  • Coordinate with underwriters, lenders, and internal teams to resolve application queries.
  • Track application status and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and other internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the application process.
  • Perform other administrative and process\-related tasks as assigned.
  • *Eligibility Criteria**
  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Fluent in Punjabi and English communication.
  • Prior experience in Finance, Insurance, Customer Service, BPO, or Back Office operations is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of finance and insurance processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem\-solving mindset with a customer\-first approach.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience in appointment setting, underwriting support or insurance application processing.
  • Familiarity with financial products and insurance terminology.
