• *QUALIFICATIONS:**

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Professional Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in workflow automation or systems integration, with proven production experience using n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Hands\-on experience in API integration, data transformation, error handling, and authentication within automated workflows.
• Exposure to AI\-assisted automation, including Large Language Model (LLM) API calls and document processing, is a strong advantage.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in n8n or equivalent automation platforms, including complex workflow branching, error handling, and sub\-workflow development.
• Practical scripting skills in JavaScript or Python for custom workflow steps and data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of engineering best practices, including technical documentation, software testing, and version control.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with business analysts, process specialists, and non\-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM APIs and prompt\-driven automation workflows.
• Familiarity with databases, webhooks, and common Software\-as\-a\-Service (SaaS) ecosystems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Relevant certifications in workflow automation platforms.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Automation Design \& Development

• Design and develop workflow automations and system integrations using n8n and related platforms, from documented process requirements to fully tested, production\-ready solutions.
• Incorporate AI components, including Large Language Model (LLM) workflows, document intelligence, and agentic automation patterns, in accordance with the AI Tech Lead's technical designs and standards.
• Apply established engineering standards for version control, software testing, error management, system logs, technical documentation, and secure credential management.

Deployment \& Support

• Deploy workflow automations across client and internal environments to meet operational requirements and improve business efficiency.
• Monitor automation performance, resolve technical defects, and stabilize deployed solutions to ensure reliability and continuity.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and operational documentation to support long\-term system maintenance and effective technical support.

Requirements \& Collaboration

• Collaborate with process specialists and client subject matter experts to validate requirements, identify edge cases, and define exception\-handling procedures before development.
• Provide technical recommendations and effort estimates to support solution design, project scope, and implementation plans.

Capability Growth

• Follow the team's structured technical development plan to expand expertise in workflow automation, software development, AI engineering patterns, and additional automation platforms.
• Develop and contribute reusable automation components, templates, and technical patterns to the team's shared asset library.

Discovery \& Solution Design Support

• Develop feasibility prototypes and proof\-of\-concept automations during project discovery and business development phases.
• Assess technical feasibility, estimate development effort, and provide technical insights for proposed automation projects.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform additional duties as assigned by authorized company representatives through written instructions or verbal assignments.

Project Scope

• Develop, implement, and support workflow automations across assigned client projects and internal efficiency initiatives, with responsibility for multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and maximize business value.
• Minimize technical risks, workflow failures, and operational disruptions through disciplined engineering practices and consistent solution quality.

Decision\-Making Authority

• Make implementation decisions within approved technical designs, project requirements, and engineering standards.
• Escalate proposed design changes, scope concerns, technical blockers, and implementation risks to the AI Tech Lead.

Pay: ₹150,000\.00 \- ₹200,000\.00 per month
