JOB PURPOSE
To efficiently manage Distillery Operations in shift, establishing manufacturing systems and processes that would maximize resource utilization, deliver service levels On Time in Full, reduce cost, improve productivity, reduce waste and variance, and deliver Right first time Quality and accident free operations. Driving SHE First \& Always and Quality must Culture at site.
ORGANISATIONAL CHART
This position reports to Process Manager – Distillery, Rangapur
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Production Planning and Control Continuously monitor and operate distillery process on shift to shift basis to achieve production target
Coordination with Quality, Engineering teams for shift to shift operations.
Optimize asset utilization, Plant efficiency
Fulfilling of FSSAI requirements in Production \& Maintenance Achievement of production targets
Plant Efficiencies
Unit Consumption of steam, Water and Chemicals
Maintenance \& Quality Management Continues improvement of quality and efficiencies in Operations.
Ensure preventive maintenance and Implement Planned maintenance schedule
Ensure zero defect of production quality as per company quality standard
Ensure up keep of plant and machinery. Plant efficiency

Cost management Maximize \& maintain the ENA yield on shift basis
Continuously monitor the Process chemical costs, steam consumption and take steps to keep them at an optimum level.
Identify cost improvement initiatives and make plans and get budget to implement the same.

Process Improvement \& EHS Management Improvement initiatives in operations, safety, quality, environment, cost and energy in the respective production sites.
Implement company’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy and procedures.
Ensures that the team operates in a safe and efficient manner
Investigate hazards, risks and incidents and implement corrective action
SHE – Meeting safety standards and statutory norms all the time.
Ensure safety of the plant operators while dealing with hazardous processes.
Ensure complete documentation of as per IMS (ISO 22000, 14000, 45000\), Food Safety System (Total Reportable) Incidents

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications
B. Tech Chemical Engineering / Diploma in Alcohol Technology from a reputed Institute
Functional Skills
Relevant and total years of Experience
Over 5\-10 years of post qualification experience in operating/managing Alcohol Production, Maintenance and SHE aspects, FSSAI, and IMS (ISO 22000, 14000, 45000\), Manufacturing Excellence, WCM Concepts.
