Key Responsibilities.1\. ERP Implementation and Support
- Lead ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go\-live.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
- Configure and validate system workflows aligned with business processes.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage issue resolution.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and implementation milestones.
- Support post\-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement.
2\. Manufacturing Process Integration
- Understand and integrate key die\-casting operations into the ERP system, including:
- Production Planning and Scheduling
- Melting and Furnace Operations
- Die Preparation and Maintenance
- Casting Operations
- Trimming and Finishing
- Secondary Operations
- Quality Inspection
- Tool Room Management
- Maintenance Management
- Inventory and Stores
- Dispatch and Logistics
3\. Cross\-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, Finance, HR, and Sales teams.
- Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and align stakeholders.
- Drive change management and promote ERP adoption throughout the organization.
4\. Data Management and Reporting
- Ensure master data accuracy and governance.
- Develop dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
- Support data migration and validation activities.
5\. Training and User Support
- Conduct end\-user training sessions.
- Prepare user manuals and training materials.
- Provide first\-level support to users.
- Track user issues and coordinate resolution with the implementation team.
6\. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation and digitization.
- Support implementation of MES, IoT, and shop\-floor integration initiatives.
- Participate in Kaizen, Lean, and productivity improvement projects.
- Benchmark industry best practices and recommend enhancements.
Desired Experience
- Executive: 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Manager: 7–12 years of experience in manufacturing process improvement and ERP implementation.
- Experience in die\-casting, automotive, or discrete manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Hands\-on experience in ERP implementation projects is mandatory.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent.
- MBA (Operations) is preferred.
