1\. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to manage end\-to\-end procurement activities for Interior Fit\-Out and Commercial Projects, including Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems.

The candidate will be responsible for material sourcing, vendor development, rate negotiation, purchase orders, cost control and timely material delivery at project sites.

2\. Key Responsibilities

A. Civil \& Interior Fit\-Out Materials

\* Gypsum boards, MDF, plywood and laminates.

\* Glass, aluminium, facade and fabrication materials.

\* Tiles, marble, granite and flooring materials.

\* Paint, polish, adhesives and hardware.

\* Doors, partitions and ceiling materials.

B. Electrical Materials

\* Electrical wires and cables.

\* Switches, sockets and distribution boards.

\* MCB, MCCB, DB and electrical panels.

\* Lighting fixtures, LED lights and accessories.

\* Conduits, cable trays and wiring accessories.

C. HVAC Materials

\* VRF / VRV systems and split AC units.

\* Ducting materials and GI sheets.

\* Copper pipes, insulation and refrigerant piping.

\* Grills, diffusers and VCDs.

\* Exhaust fans, fresh air fans and HVAC accessories.

D. Fire Fighting System

\* Fire sprinkler systems and accessories.

\* MS / GI fire fighting pipes and fittings.

\* Fire pumps and valves.

\* Hydrant systems and hose reels.

\* Fire extinguishers and related accessories.

E. Fire Alarm System

\* Fire alarm control panels (FACP).

\* Smoke detectors and heat detectors.

\* MCP (Manual Call Points).

\* Hooters, sounders and response indicators.

\* Fire alarm cables and modules.

\* Addressable and conventional fire alarm accessories.

F. Plumbing \& Drainage

\* CPVC, UPVC, PVC and drainage pipes.

\* Plumbing fittings, valves and accessories.

\* Sanitaryware and CP fittings.

\* Water pumps and plumbing accessories.

3\. Procurement \& Vendor Management

1\. Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for all project requirements.

2\. Obtain and compare quotations from minimum 2–3 vendors wherever possible.

3\. Negotiate competitive rates, payment terms and credit periods.

4\. Prepare comparative statements (CS) and purchase orders (POs).

5\. Coordinate with project managers, engineers and site teams.

6\. Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.

7\. Track pending orders and maintain procurement schedules.

8\. Verify material specifications, quantities and quality before ordering.

9\. Maintain vendor databases, purchase registers and project\-wise procurement records.

10\. Verify supplier invoices, delivery challans and bills.

4\. Cost Control \& Management Approval

\* Ensure all purchases are within approved project budgets.

\* Identify cost\-saving opportunities through vendor negotiations.

\* No purchase order or financial commitment shall be made without prior management approval.

\* Maintain project\-wise purchase and cost tracking reports.

\* Ensure proper documentation for all procurement activities.

5\. Required Qualifications \& Skills

\* Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering preferred.

\* 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience.

\* Experience in Interior Fit\-Out and MEP procurement is mandatory/preferred.

\* Good knowledge of Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm materials.

\* Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

\* Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.

\* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Reporting To: Management / Project Head

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹33,000\.00 per month
