Procurement Manager

• *Job Description** **Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to manage **Low Dollar spend categories** and act as a **generalist buyer** across multiple sourcing categories. The ideal candidate will have **6–10 years of experience** in procurement and sourcing, preferably in a **global setup**, with exposure to diverse categories and strong stakeholder management skills. This role requires agility, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver cost efficiencies while maintaining compliance and service quality.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Category Management \& Sourcing**

+ Manage procurement for low\-dollar spend categories across multiple business units.

+ Execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as office supplies, IT peripherals, professional services, and miscellaneous spend.

• **Global Procurement Operations**

+ Work within global procurement frameworks to ensure compliance and alignment with corporate policies.

+ Support regional and global sourcing initiatives as required.

• **Vendor Management**

+ Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers for low\-value categories.

+ Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and value optimization.

• **Process Optimization**

+ Drive efficiency in procurement processes for low\-dollar transactions.

+ Ensure timely purchase order creation, contract execution, and supplier performance monitoring.

• **Stakeholder Engagement**

+ Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions.

+ Act as a trusted advisor for business units on sourcing best practices.

• *Qualifications**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• **Experience:** 9–14 years in procurement/sourcing with exposure to multiple categories; global experience preferred.
• **Technical Skills:**

+ Familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).

+ Strong understanding of sourcing processes and compliance requirements.
