*Job Description:**

*Procurement Strategy \& Planning**

Define procurement strategies for timely, cost\-effective, and quality\-driven material acquisition
Optimize inventory management by determining bulk vs. on\-demand purchasing based on project needs
Develop and oversee procurement execution plans covering purchasing, logistics, shipping, and inspections

*Supplier Management \& Negotiation**

Identify and evaluate suppliers based on project requirements, credit terms, and performance metrics
Build long\-term relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts and credit terms
Continuously assess supplier performance to ensure reliability and quality

*Operational Procurement \& Coordination**

Process purchase orders and manage the flow of goods to meet production timelines
Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, Project, and Accounts teams to align procurement with project priorities
Ensure accurate cost calculations, invoice allocations, and order status tracking

*Inventory \& Cost Control**

Monitor inventory levels and consumption patterns to avoid shortages or overstocking
Approve bills, track requisitions, and maintain purchasing records and reports
Analyze and review purchase comparisons for cost\-effective decision\-making.
