Product Definition Analyst 3
- *Key Responsibilities**

### **A. Requirements \& Functional Analysis**
- Elicit, analyze, and document **business and functional requirements** from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into **clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria**
- Perform **gap analysis and impact assessment** for new features and enhancements
- Maintain traceability between requirements, design, and delivery outputs
### **B. Solution Definition \& Design**
- Contribute to **solution design and functional architecture**
- Define **API contracts, data flows, and integration patterns** for hotel distribution systems
- Ensure alignment with **product vision, domain architecture, and existing ecosystems**
- Collaborate with architects and developers in designing scalable solutions
- Ensure solutions support **scalability, performance, and partner integration needs**
### **C. Specification \& Documentation**
* Produce and maintain
+ Functional specifications
+ API specifications
+ Data models \& workflows
+ User guides and documentation
- Ensure documentation provides **clarity across distributed teams and stakeholders**
### **D. Agile Delivery Support**
- Support Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews)
- Collaborate with Product Owners on **backlog refinement and prioritization**
- Clarify requirements for development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Review test plans and assist in validation of delivered features
### **E. Testing, Validation \& Quality**
- Define acceptance criteria and support **functional validation**
- Participate in **test case reviews and defect analysis**
- Investigate production issues and support resolution
- Ensure delivered features meet **business expectations and quality standards**
### **F. Stakeholder Management**
- Act as a **key liaison between business, product, and engineering teams**
- Facilitate discussions to align on requirements, scope, and priorities
- Communicate effectively across **cross\-functional and distributed teams**

- Experience in **travel or hospitality distribution** (preferred)
Understanding of
Booking lifecycle (search book pay* + service)
