• *Job Description:**

Osseous Surgical is looking for a skilled Tool Designer with hands\-on experience in AutoCAD and Siemens NX. The role involves preparing precise G.A. (General Arrangement) drawings, and designing tools, jigs, and fixtures used in the manufacturing of surgical products.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Design and develop tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment layouts
• Create and revise 2D G.A. drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and NX
• Interpret product drawings and translate them into efficient tool designs
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy
• Maintain technical documentation and drawing records
• Continuously improve and update designs for functionality, durability, and ease of use

• *Requirements:**

• 2–8 years of experience in tool and fixture design using AutoCAD and Siemens NX
• Proficient in preparing General Arrangement (G.A.) and detailed fabrication drawings
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Tool \& Die, or related discipline
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Experience in the surgical instruments or precision tool industry is a plus

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
