As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping these experiences, using your design expertise to develop intuitive and scalable AI\-powered solutions that resonate with our users.

You will be part of a dynamic team working on our flagship product, the Sri Mandir app, the world's largest platform for Hindu devotees. Your work will contribute significantly to transforming India’s offline devotion economy into a structured, accessible, and meaningful digital journey, impacting millions of users.

### **Skills \& Qualification**

• 3–6 years of experience designing consumer\-facing products, demonstrating strong interaction design and problem\-solving skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual craft, systems thinking, and user\-centered design
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools for creating interactive designs
• Comprehension of data\-driven and metric\-oriented design approaches to validate user experiences
• Experience or interest in building AI\-powered user experiences to enhance product capabilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to the team’s design culture and overall objectives
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder management and alignment with team goals
• Bonus: Educational background from reputable design schools like NID, Srishti, NIFT, or equivalent institutions

### **Responsibilities**

• Own the end\-to\-end design process for key product flows across mobile and web platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Craft intuitive, data\-informed, and AI\-powered user interactions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to define problems and establish success metrics
• Create high\-quality wireframes, interactions, prototypes, and polished UI designs that meet user needs and business goals
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to maintain consistency and scalability across product features
• Utilize user insights, usability findings, and behavioral data to validate and iterate on design solutions
• Communicate design decisions effectively, backed by strong storytelling and rationale, to foster understanding and buy\-in from stakeholders
