We move fast, test often, and ship globally with design as the critical bridge between engineering, data, and user delight. **Role \& Responsibilities**

• Lead end\-to\-end product design for core gaming and monetization features translate user pain points into intuitive, high\-conversion UI/UX flows.
• Prototype and iterate rapidly using Figma deliver pixel\-perfect mockups, interactive prototypes, and design system components for cross\-functional teams.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define feature specs, prioritize user\-centric improvements, and validate designs via A/B testing and usability sessions.
• Own the visual language and interaction design across mobile game SDKs and dashboards ensure consistency across 500\+ integrated titles.
• Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data (via Mixpanel/Amplitude), and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
• Document design rationale, component specs, and accessibility guidelines to scale design quality across the engineering org.
