Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced **Product Designer** to work with our client, Glance, and take ownership of end\-to\-end product experiences, from understanding user problems to delivering polished, production\-ready designs.

The ideal candidate combines strong UI craft with thoughtful problem\-solving, interaction design, and the ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.### **Key Responsibilities**

• Understand user needs, product goals, and underlying problems before starting the design process.
• Explore multiple design directions and communicate design decisions effectively.
• Design end\-to\-end user journeys, including loading, empty, error, first\-time, and offline states.
• Create polished UI designs while maintaining and evolving design systems.
• Build interactive prototypes to explore motion, navigation, and interaction behaviour.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout development and implementation.
• Take ownership of design quality from initial exploration through product launch.
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to a collaborative design culture.

### **Requirements**

• 5\+ years of experience in product design for consumer\-facing digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing shipped products, design explorations, and design rationale.
• Excellent UI/UX, interaction design, and prototyping skills.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Strong communication and cross\-functional collaboration skills.
• Interest in AI and emerging user experiences.
• Experience designing for TV or large\-screen interfaces is a plus.
