- We are looking for a powerhouse Product Engineer with deep Java expertise who views coding as a craft. In this role, you will own complex systems, architect reliable integrations, and solve the real world enterprise problems . If you care deeply about software craftsmanship and thrive on shipping code that impacts real users every single day, we want you on our team.*
- *Java Development — Your Primary Focus**
- Design, build, and own high\-quality, production\-grade Java applications with a strong emphasis on clean architecture, code correctness, and long\-term maintainability.
- Write robust, well\-tested backend code using Java and Spring Boot — this is the core of the role.
- Contribute meaningfully to code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and raise the bar for the entire team.
- Architect and evolve our Integration Framework with a focus on flexibility, modularity, and reusability — your code will be relied upon by multiple teams and partners.
- *Partner Integrations \& Technical Problem\-Solving**
- Design and implement deep integrations with global platforms (Adobe, Shopify, VTEX, AWS, Braze, Cendyn, and more) via REST APIs, SDKs, and webhooks.
- Build custom connectors and adapters — understanding not just what to build, but how to build it right.
- Perform POCs and technical feasibility studies; evaluate integration approaches and make sound engineering trade\-offs.
- *Cloud \& Infrastructure — Hands\-On**
- Write and deploy code on AWS — Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, CloudWatch. You're comfortable with cloud\-native patterns, not just concepts.
- Own your deployments end\-to\-end: CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and reliability improvements.
- *Cross\-Functional Delivery**
- Work closely with Product, QA, and Partner Success to ship seamless integration experiences — on time, with quality.
- Be an active voice in technical discussions; your engineering perspective matters.
- *What We're Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Engineering**, or a related field.
- Work experience in a **Product company/Startup.**
- **Strong Java fundamentals:** 1–3 years hands\-on with Java / Spring Boot. You understand the language deeply — not just syntax, but concurrency, memory management, and design patterns.
- **Backend engineering mindset:** You think in terms of systems, not just features. You care about correctness, performance, and how your code behaves on a scale.
- **REST API \& microservices expertise:** You've built and consumed production APIs. You understand contracts, versioning, and failure handling.
- **Git \& CI/CD discipline:** Version control best practices, branching strategies, and automated pipelines are second nature to you.
- **Cloud experience:** Familiarity with AWS services — ideally you've deployed something real on Lambda, API Gateway, or similar.
- **Debugging \& problem\-solving:** You dig into issues systematically and don't stop at surface\-level fixes.
- Good ranking on coding platforms is **A big plus**.
- *The Right Engineering Mindset**
- You take ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do when something is broken or unclear.
- You default to simplicity and clarity in your code, not cleverness.
- You value feedback, give it constructively, and use it to grow.
- You're curious about new technologies but pragmatic about when to apply them.
- If that's you — we'd love to talk.*
- Work at the intersection of product engineering and technology partnerships.
- Opportunity to explore and integrate with global platforms like Adobe, Shopify, AWS, and more.
- Continuous exposure to modern tech stacks, microservices, and cloud\-native architectures.
- Collaborative, innovation\-driven culture where learning and experimentation are encouraged
