Are you a data\-driven marketer who thrives on scaling products and solving growth challenges? Hubhopper is seeking a **Growth Hacker** to join our team and spearhead the next wave of growth for our podcast platform.
- *Analytics \& Insights:**
- Leverage tools like **SQL**, **GA4**, **Mixpanel**, and **Looker Studio** to identify growth opportunities and monitor campaign performance.
- Conduct in\-depth funnel analysis to understand drop\-offs and improve user journeys.
- Design and execute end\-to\-end **growth marketing strategies** across paid, organic, and referral channels.
- Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates through iterative testing and experiments.
- Develop and execute **SEO strategies** to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Conduct **keyword research**, on\-page and off\-page optimization, and monitor SERP performance.
- Partner with product, marketing, and tech teams to launch impactful product features and campaigns.
- Drive A/B testing to enhance website engagement.
- *Retention \& Monetization:**
- Implement retention strategies using lifecycle marketing, email drips, and re\-engagement campaigns.
- Identify monetization opportunities and enhance user upgrade flows.
- *What We’re Looking For**
- 2 years in a growth or marketing role, preferably at a **product\-based company**.
- Proficiency with **SQL**, **GA4**, **Mixpanel**, and data visualization tools.
- Strong grasp of **growth marketing frameworks** and KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and MAUs.
- Hands\-on experience with lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis.
- Data\-driven decision\-maker with a knack for experimentation.
- Creative problem\-solver with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in the **podcasting industry** or related SaaS platforms is a plus—but it **shouldn’t stop you from applying** if you’re excited about this role!
