• *Job Description**

• *Responsibilities:**

• Oversee the development of technology products.
• Be a product visionary and strategist that can drive organizational alignment.
• Monitor and report on the impact of product releases to ensure they are providing value to the organization.
• Promote data\-driven and analytical decision making throughout the organization and encourage transparency.
• Be comfortable balancing competing priorities in a fluid environment.
• Evangelize our solutions, work with the operations team to drive adoption.
• Create the long\-term vision for products and clearly articulate the strategy to senior management.
• Business \& product roadmap planning and define product requirements.
• Managing prioritization and trade\-offs for customer experience, performance, and features.
• Prepare launch plans, release goals, and partner with our technology team to develop new products and solutions.
• Build, manage and develop a team of product managers and product support professionals.
• Creating program goals and related metrics, tracking progress and managing through obstacles to achieve your objectives

• *Minimum qualifications**

• 3\+ years software product management experience in a product manager leadership role.
• Agile Product Management experience; ability to work iteratively and incrementally with the technology team to launch and deliver value to the customer.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem\-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize.
• Sound business judgment and proven ability to influence others are critical to success in this position.
• Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality goals.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast\-paced environment is crucial.
• Compelling presentation skills; presenting product features and feature requests to all levels of the organization.
• Technology savvy – able to work with technology teams to develop innovative customer\-centric solutions.
• Proven track record of driving product innovation and bringing new products to market.
• Analytical background with experience in reporting various metrics related to product releases.
• Must remain flexible and be comfortable with ambiguity within a very demanding, constantly changing environment.

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Exposure to legacy modernization projects and domain\-driven design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• *Experience**

• 6\+ years of product management experience
• 3\+ years in a senior product manager role

• *Qualifications**
