We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven professional to lead strategic delivery and business growth initiatives in the enterprise segment for global connectivity solutions (IPLC, IMPLS, Global DIA). The role requires expertise in revenue growth, partnership alliances, competitive pricing strategies, and market expansion across APAC and Africa.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- *1\. Strategic Delivery**
- Drive **Revenue Market Share** growth in enterprise accounts.
- Enhance Business Unit Contribution (BUC) in the enterprise segment through focused delivery of global connectivity solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen positioning in IPLC, IMPLS, and Global DIA offerings.
- Focus on **year\-over\-year revenue growth** in core products (Global implementations, Global DIA, IPLC).
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand product penetration in target markets.
- Ensure operational excellence in delivery of global implementations.
- *3\. Partnership \& Alliances**
- Onboard and manage strategic partnership alliances to drive revenue growth in specific regions.
- Collaborate with partners to co\-develop go\-to\-market strategies and enhance regional presence.
- Build long\-term relationships with alliances to strengthen market competitiveness.
- *4\. Market Competitiveness**
- Lead initiatives to **reduce price points** and improve competitiveness in APAC and Africa.
- Conduct competitor pricing analysis and benchmark against industry standards.
- Develop a **rate card with tiered pricing models** based on customer segments and purchase volumes.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising service quality.
- *Key Skills \& Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of global connectivity products (IPLC, IMPLS, DIA).
- Proven track record in revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Expertise in partnership management and alliance onboarding.
- Analytical skills for pricing strategy and competitive benchmarking.
- Ability to work across diverse geographies (APAC, Africa, Global).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- *Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10\-12 years of experience in telecom, IT services, or global connectivity business.
- Experience in enterprise sales, pricing strategy, and partnership management.
