Product Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven Product Manager to lead product planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business teams, development, QA, UI/UX, clients, and stakeholders to ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives. This role requires a senior product professional with 10\+ years of experience, strong ownership, leadership, communication, and execution skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple products or projects from conception to successful delivery.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage multiple product initiatives and projects at the same time.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and release plans.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into product requirements.
• Work closely with development, QA, design, and implementation teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track project progress, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure product features are delivered as per agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support UAT, production releases, and post\-release monitoring.
• Maintain proper documentation, including BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and release notes.
• Handle client communication and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Ensure cross\-functional teams are aligned with product goals.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate with technical and non\-technical teams.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
• Experience in handling product releases and production support.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, software products, or enterprise applications will be an added advantage.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile certification are preferred but not mandatory

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹65,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
