Product Manager- E-commerce

We're looking for an experienced techno\-business product expert on ecommerce side who can understand the business goals and proficient with technology aspects and drive the future growth of ecommerce business SBU in Delta Endure. As a Product Manager the key role will be to strategize product and platform roadmap suiting customer and business users needs. Also envision the future and chart out a detailed product roadmap. The next step will be to convert the product roadmap into concrete business requirements detailing out the functionalities and doing GAP analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis
• Define product roadmaps based on the strategy and vision.
• Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product.
• Handle user design, project management, and work closely engineering and business user teams in an agile environment to launch products.
• Manage prioritization and trade\-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support.
• Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning.
• Drive products to market including working with marketing, sales, business development, finance, operations and account management. Identify and prioritize the most immediate improvement opportunities across customer experience and internal operations.

Desired Skills \& Experience required for the role

• 3\+ years of experience in handling product role for ecommerce businesses.
• Experience developing and executing business strategy for technical products or services.
• Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user\-friendly websites and customer\-facing features.
• Experience in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering with MBA in marketing is preferred
