• *ROLE OVERVIEW**

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, product

development, and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will translate customer needs and business objectives

into scalable product solutions while collaborating closely with engineering, design, QA, sales, marketing, and other

stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

● Gather and analyze customer requirements, market insights, and business needs to identify product opportunities.

● Create and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product

specifications.

● Own backlog prioritization, feature planning, release planning, and product lifecycle management.

● Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, sales, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.

● Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market assessments to identify opportunities for product

improvement.

● Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, customer feedback, and business performance.

Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective coordination across cross\-functional teams.

Identify product risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, and drive timely resolution.

● Continuously improve product usability, functionality, and overall customer experience.

• *REQUIRED SKILLS \& QUALIFICATIONS**

8–9 years of relevant experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.

● Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and end\-to\-end product ownership.

● Strong expertise in PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and feature prioritization.

● Hands\-on experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross\-functional teams.

● Strong analytical, problem\-solving, stakeholder\-management, and decision\-making skills.

● Experience with product analytics, KPIs, customer research, and market analysis.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to balance customer requirements, business priorities, and technical feasibility.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

● Experience managing SaaS, enterprise, or digital products.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.

● Experience coordinating product launches, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
